My "Blending Boundaries" technique was inspired by the beauty that life has to offer, with or without limitations. Art, Music, Nature, Working Together, and Engaging our Community has been a great inspiration.

About 12 years ago, Dawna found a way to inspire people by allowing art to pull people in a vision with and without limitations by blending boundaries. She began to create artworks with and without vision. Once the artwork is drawn or painted while her eyes are closed, the artwork is then embellished with intricate details and color with eyes open.
Dawna's vision is to blend the boundaries in our lives and to inspire others to do the same.

Life often places boundaries (Through restrictions, fear of bullying, lack of diversity, loss of senses, our own thoughts of limitations, etc) on many people and situations throughout the world.
With this art form, people are inspired to feel life by drawing using their hand placement, touching the canvas, imagining a vision, and expressing that vision. Once the vision is drawn, the artist is then able to share that vision with others. In the blending of boundaries, one would then add the colors, texture, and intricate details either themselves or by having another artist work with them.
